Qualifications: 5+ years experience recruiting senior level professionals in Information Technology.

Exceptional facilitation skills along with a professional, polished demeanor.

Experience communicating with senior leadership.

Electronics Technician (Electronic Metering & Smart Grid) (Folsom, CA)

This position requires skills in repairing, testing, programming and installing a wide variety of electric meters, monitoring equipment, controls, networking components, computer servers and associated circuitry. Candidates should be technically skilled in the area of interfacing systems and equipment with field devices and interconnecting systems via a local or wide area network. The ability to terminate a wide variety of cable and conductor types as well as to safely install electronics equipment in a wide variety of configurations is required. Programming skills related to the installed equipment to make it function properly and interpreting the data collected by the equipment is essential. Work involves frequent contact with the client staff.

Essential Functions
? Specifies, tests, maintains and verifies accurate installation of multiple types of substation, power plant and Trimark installed metering and communications equipment.
? Installs, changes, repairs, replaces defective parts and/or removes meters and metering equipment for all types of revenue meters, substation panel meters and related metering equipment.
? Wires potential and current transformers, meter sockets, test switches, transformer rated metering (KWH and KVA meters) in the field for all electric meters.
? Works at customer premises to understand system requirements, suggest technical solutions and work collaboratively with other vendors to implement the final design
? Calibrates single-phase and poly-phase, self contained and transformer rated, single phase and poly-phase meters, including 480 volt meters.
? Programs solid state meters of various manufacturers. Programs electronic power analyzers and uses other test equipment, interpreting calibration results and generates relevant reports.
? Reads and records meter data on primary meter installations, sub-stations and revenue metering.
? Records test data, completes service orders, and maintains Meter Database.
? Tests current transformers and potential transformers.
? Performs technical computations to mathematically determine watts, variation, power factor quantities and develops phasor diagrams.
? Plans, organizes and coordinates testing as part of software installation projects.


Requisite Knowledge and Skill Levels:
The successful candidate will have detailed knowledge of the installation, maintenance, and operation of Intelligent Electronic Devices, computer systems, networks and of general telephony. Knowledge of computer operating system software and extensive knowledge of standard word processing, spreadsheet, and database software is required.

This job will use your skills in troubleshooting problems to identify and research hardware malfunctions and take corrective actions when necessary. Must be able to evaluate and troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues and present results and recommendations to management for resolution.

You need to have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and ability to communicate with customers, clients, and the public using a telephone, face to face, one to one setting, or using email. Also should have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and management.

Candidate should be skilled in the use of tools necessary to install and repair computer equipment and have the ability to perform assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner with a high standard of quality…

Moderate lifting and carrying, stooping, kneeling, bending, climbing, walking, kneeling, driving, hearing, seeing, standing, and sitting. Ability to climb ladders, crawl through ceiling access passages, and lift up to fifty-five pounds.

Education Training and Experience:

This position requires graduation from high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma and two (2) or more years of advanced or technical training in a field relating to electronics and microcomputer applications. Telephone, Ethernet wiring, and wireless communications knowledge preferred. A comparable amount of training and experience may be substituted for the minimum qualifications.

Requisite Abilities:
Plan, organize and complete projects and assignments independently and in accordance with established deadlines; evaluate user needs and independently analyze and solve a variety of hardware and configuration problems; communicate effectively both orally and in writing; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with management, supervisors, co-workers, and other departmental representatives, make effective presentations.

License:
Appointees will be required to possess a valid State of California driver’s license. Class C or better is required, in order to service multiple sites within the western United States. Some travel is required.

Development Responsibilities

Identifies and implements tactical steps to increase and retain census
Works with clinic team to insure operations are prepared to handle increased census
Participates in political activities to keep company connected within appropriate circles such as county board meetings, advisory board meetings, county administrator meetings, etc.
Leads effort to identify, hire & train personnel with cultural diversity to meet the future clinic needs based on patient demographics — identifies cultural community leaders and networks

He or she keeps all financial records and verifies student files and status.

He or she properly closes the records of Future Professionals who graduate or withdraw or are terminated from school promptly, completes all necessary paperwork, and gives necessary refunds within 30 days.

He or she completes probation forms on all Future Professionals who are not meeting satisfactory standards.

He or she attends state and other regulatory conferences.

TUITION PLANNING ADVISER

The Financial Aid Adviser meets with all prospective Future Professionals to discuss a tuition payment plan.

The Financial Aid Adviser contacts a Future Professional’s about enrollment and then schedules an appointment with the Future Professionals to ensure that they meet satisfactory progress requirements before dispersing Title IV funds.
