Job Summary:
Responsible for the day-to-day administration and implementation of those policies, procedures, and programs that will assure a well managed well maintained property. This includes but is not limited to, placing maximum emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of the tenants, and on increasing the value of the property being managed, in coordination and conjunction with the Owner’s goals and objectives. The Assistant Property Manager will be assigned to specified action areas at the discretion of the Property Manager and/or Senior Property Manager, so as to best meet the needs of the property.

Essential Functions:
?Take inbound phone calls from tenants and vendors
?Place service calls with vendors
?Maintain and organize property files
?Review lease documents
?Prepare lease abstracts
?Prepare letters and correspondence
?Maintain properties
?Show Vacant Space to prospective Tenants

Additional Functions
?Code invoices and input into Accounting system
?Perform property inspection tours when necessary
?Follow up on past due tenant balances
?Maintain filing
?Assist Property Manager with special projects

Qualifications
?Strong sense of customer service
?Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail
?Dependable transportation and clean driving record.
?Education — High School Diploma (or equivalent). Bachelor’s degree preferred. Must be able to read, write and communicate English fluently. Must be able to complete advanced business mathematical functions.
?Computer Qualifications — Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and familiar with MRI accounting software.
?Experience — Qualified individuals must have at least 3 years experience in Property Management. Must have proven ability to successfully work with people, understand and explain financial reports and capital projects. Must have ability to operate computerized property management software program and prepare required operations and activity reports.
?Licenses — A CA Real Estate Sales Person License and a valid driver’s license
?Hours — Must be able to work 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

ARMED SECURITY OFFICERS NEEDED (RANCHO CORDOVA)

Oral Surgery Assistant for Sacramento office, part-time, may lead to full time. Hours may vary. 1 YEAR OF BACK OFFICE DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

This position may be physically demanding. It involves stand and leaning for extended periods of time, assisting patients into recovery area after general anesthesia and occasional lifting. You must be a team player who works quickly and efficiently with attention to detail.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Disinfecting and sterilizing instruments; Knowledge of OSHA requirements;
- Greeting and seating patients in a friendly, positive manner;
- Preparing room for surgery, setting up various instrument trays and break down of rooms;
- Drawing up and understanding medications used;
- Obtaining vitals and review of health history of the patient;
- Assisting surgeon during examinations and surgical treatment of patients;
- Instructing patients and caregivers with pre- and post-operative instructions;
- Ability to multi-task calmly under stressful situations;
- Able to assist surgeon in management of medical and dental emergencies;
- Cleaning and stocking rooms weekly;
- Cleaning autoclave and processor;
- Work as back up to front office, as needed;
o Inputting patient information;
o Answering phones;
o Scheduling patient appointments;
o Scanning documents and x-rays into the system;
o Answering pre-and post-operative questions from patients.
