ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/QUALIFICATIONS:
? Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a landscaper
? Experience must include: pruning, mowing, edging, spot spraying and fertilizer applications
? Familiar with general landscaping practices as required in a commercial and industrial setting
? Must have the ability to multi-task responsibilities and complete projects
? Must have a valid California state driver’s license with clean Department of Motor Vehicles record.
? Must be able to work a flexible schedule
? High school diploma or equivalent required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
? Excellence attendance required
? Must be a team player
? Must be able to work on time and ready to work
? Must be able to follow direction
? Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
? Ability to work with minimal supervision.
? Ability to adapt in a fast passed environment and embrace change openly
? Bilingual-Spanish a plus
