			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The Case Manager II (CM II) serves as a key member of the interdisciplinary team and actively manages and directs resource utilization to achieve the highest quality outcomes during a patient&#8217;s rehabilitation experience.</p>
<p>The CM II coordinates and advocates for the patient during their hospitalization and from admission to post discharge.</p>
<p>As an effective communicator, the CM II manages information to effectively oversee health care delivery and facilitate interdisciplinary plan of care decisions.</p>
<p>The CM II facilitates timely communication regarding the patient&#8217;s care, establishes and monitors the discharge plan implementation while identifying and addressing patient&#8217;s psychosocial and support systems issues.</p>
<p>The Case Manager II oversees the effective coordination of services and manages issues in the following main areas: admission and discharge, team conference and interdisciplinary plan of care communication, patient and family education, payor relations and total fiscal management.</p>
<p>The CM II performs ongoing utilization review and acts as a liaison to the payor while assuring that cost effective treatment is provided by the team.</p>
<p>The case manager assures that regulations regarding patient&#8217;s rights are fulfilled.The Case Manager II is actively pursuing their CCM Certification and must obtain it within two years of being in the CM II position.</p>
<p>License and Certification: &#8211; Actively licensed or certified health care professional with the ability to independently complete an assessment within the scope of practice of their discipline (for example RN, SW, OT, PT, ST, and Rehabilitation Counseling).</p>
<p>Certification is considered to be a process by which a government or non-government agency within the United States grants recognition to an individual who has met certain predetermined qualifications from a credentialing body.</p>
<p>- Must meet eligibility requirements for CCM certification upon entry into this position OR within two years of entry into the position.</p>
<p>- CCM certification must be obtained within two years in CM II position.</p>
<p>Education, Training and Years of Experience: &#8211; For Nursing, must possess minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing, RN licensure with BSN preferred.</p>
<p>A diploma is acceptable only in those states whose minimum requirement for licensure or certification is diploma rather than Associate Degree.</p>
<p>- For all other eligible licensed or certified health care professionals, must possess a minimum of a baccalaureate degree and graduate degree is preferred.</p>
<p>- 2 years of rehabilitation experience preferred Machines, Equipment Used: &#8211; General office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax machine, calculator, computer.</p>
<p>Physical Requirements: &#8211; Good visual acuity and ability to communicate.</p>
<p>- Ability to lift, lower, push, pull, and retrieve objects weighing a minimum of 30 pounds.</p>
<p>Reasonable assistance may be requested when lifting, pushing, and/or pulling are undertaken which exceeds these minimum requirements.</p>
<p>Compliance: &#8211; Adheres to the company&#8217;s Standards of Business Conduct.</p>
<p>- Maintains current licensure and/or certifications, if applicable.</p>
<p>Skills and Abilities: &#8211; Ability to speak, read, write, and communicate effectively.</p>

<p>The Department Manager mentors and coaches associates in their assigned area of the store.</p>
<p>They are responsible to motivate associates to be sales and customer driven.</p>
<p>Additionally, this individual provides support to the store management team, performing Sales Leader functions for the entire store and may be responsible for opening and closing the store.</p>
<p>The Sales Department Manager trains and motivates staff to be sales and customer focused and ensures appropriate sales coverage in all selling zones.</p>
<p>Additionally, the Sales Department Manager is responsible for ensuring the completion of store merchandising tasks outside of depot time.</p>
<p>Primary Responsibilities </p>
<p>* Motivate associates to be sales and customer focused through acting as a role model for superior customer service by demonstrating an understanding and high degree of proficiency using the Office Depot sales principles.</p>
<p>Proactively observe, coach, and provide feedback to associates on their proficiency in applying Office Depot sales principles.</p>
<p>* Proactively engage every customer entering the sales zone, and ensure all associates in the assigned department are engaging every customer and utilizing the Office Depot selling program</p>
<p>* Maximize store sales by ensuring 100% of customers buy what they came for</p>
<p>* Perform Sales Leader functions when requested by the Assistant Manager or Store Manager.</p>
<p>During Depot Time this includes: o Assigning and coordinating associates in zone coverageo Roaming the sales floor to make sure every customer is being proactively helpedo Backfilling associates as they leave their zoneso Practicing skills and coach on selling techniqueso Ensuring NO tasks are being performed (light recovery only)</p>
<p>* Outside of Depot Time, in addition to the above: o Provide sales updates on the daily performance board to motivate the associateso Ensure the freight team is completing freight processes efficiently and on timeo Perform store opening / closing activities when directed by the Store Manager</p>
<p>* Outside of Depot Time, ensure merchandise presentation guidelines are met, including the completion of all EBW and POG changes and updates, as well as daily recovery and the completion of the daily task calendar for the department.</p>
<p>Responsible for setting the weekly ads, including any price changes and signing that are required.</p>
<p>Monitors, updates, and changes store signing and POP materials.</p>
<p>* Train associates on new products and services offered in the department.</p>
<p>* Provide input and feedback for the completion of performance appraisals.</p>
<p>* Participate in the interviewing and selection process of newly hired associates who will be assigned within the Department Manager&#8217;s area of responsibility.</p>
<p>* Support all current company programs, to include but not limited to the following: I Promise, price changes, Market Basket, merchandise markdowns, Worklife Rewards, Star Teacher, PPPs, Tech Depot Services, meal period and rest break compliance and special initiatives.</p>
<p>* Adhere to loss prevention policies and procedures to reduce shrink.</p>
<p>* Process and/or oversee daily cash office transactions and reconcile any overages or shortages for the previous day.</p>
<p>* Complete and audit paperwork such as the cashier error log, merchandise error log, register voids, tax exemptions and all related cash office audits.</p>
<p>* Department Manager when requested by the Store Manager may also as be responsible for: </p>
<p>* Proactively engage every customer entering the CPD and TDS area, and ensure all associates in the CPD and TDS department are engaging every customer and utilizing the Office Depot selling program to sell total solutions that promote an exceptional customer service experience.</p>
<p>* Support sales growth/plan attainment, training and development, cost management, organization, and certifications in the CPD and TDS department </p>
<p>* Responsible for all related training for the services areas, as well as the cross training of associates enabling them to perform basic functions in selling areas that include CPD, TDS and the merchandising departments.</p>
<p>Must be able to supervise cashier staff in order to ensure a fast, easy and efficient checkout process for our customers.</p>
<p>* Maintain and monitor the CPD area to ensure 5S standards are met</p>
<p>* Ensure appearance and daily operational standards of the front-end are maintained.</p>
<p>* Train all front-end associates on register procedures, as well as customer service and product knowledge training designed for the front-end.</p>
<p>Education &#038; Experience</p>
<p>* High school diploma or GED</p>
<p>* Two years experience in related field</p>

West Coast Clinical Trials is seeking <a href="http://wcct.com/2011/05/males-on-terazosin/?campaign=craigslistSacramento" rel="nofollow">males 18 years of age or older who have been on a stable dose of Terazosin or Doxazosin for at least 6 weeks </a> to participate in a clinical research study.</p>
<p>
Qualified participants must:</p>
<p>- Be male, 18 years of age or older<br />
- Have been on a stable dose of terazosin or doxazosin for at least 6 weeks and taking the drug for the treatment of hypertension and/or BPH</p>
<p>
Qualified participants may receive:</p>
<p>- Up to $4,000 for time and travel<br />
- Study related care at no cost</p>

Job Description:<br />
Provide Training and Technical Support for MSP software services<br />
Cultivate and maintain positive client relationships<br />
Create and maintain all MSP training recordings<br />
Schedule and conduct client WebEx meetings<br />
Test client data conversion process<br />
Test client customization projects<br />
Work as a team with MSP Support and Sales staff<br />
MSP Product Knowledge by User (diocese, administrator, teacher, parent, student)<br />
MSP Product Knowledge by Module<br />
Program Report Cards efficiently<br />
Troubleshooting with clients<br />
Effective communications via email<br />
Effective communications via phone<br />
Ability to travel for occasional onsite trainings<br />
Other duties as assigned</p>
<p>
Compensation:<br />
Starting salary is $20,000<br />
Performance review in 120 days with potential salary increase<br />
Pay periods are on the 3rd and 18th of the month</p>

<p>To coordinate and assist the provider &#8220;to ensure quality/cost effective service and care for the people within the practice population and to perform diagnostic procedures as required for the proper car of the patients.</p>
<p>High school graduate or equivalent.</p>
<p>Certified Cardiac Technician certificate required.</p>
<p>CPR / ACLS certification required.</p>
<p>Work experience: Four years of experience in a cardiology office practice required.</p>
<p>Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department specific skills validation and competency testing.</p>
<p>Knowledge of EKG&#8217;s, Treadmills, Holters, Event Recorders, and Pacemaker checks.</p>
<p>Knowledge of anatomy, physiology and cardiology.</p>
<p>Ability to establish effective working relationships and to communicate effectively.</p>
